	Becky Patel, LISI CEO/President Becky provides the vision that fuels CoPower’s growth. She is dedicated to linking brokers and employers with services that would significantly reduce their benefit paperwork and enhance their insurance benefits. With more than 18 years of experience in the industry, Becky is attuned to the changing needs of employers and their employees, determined to provide products and services that will fit the current market.
	Lauren Wiginton, Operations Manager Lauren comes to CoPower with extensive experience in the customer service arena. She and her team are dedicated to delivering high quality and timely service to all groups and brokers under the CoPower umbrella. Lauren has worked for companies such as Southwest Airlines and UnumProvident Corporation, where she managed a variety of different projects, products, and initiatives. It is her objective to continue to provide more resources to groups and brokers through CoPower’s expanding product portfolio and exemplary customer service.
	Pratibha Patel, Business Development and Inside Sales Manager Pratibha has extensive experience in the health insurance industry, including benefits administration, underwriting, and broker sales support. With her expertise in pre-tax funding vehicles, she helps brokers and employers keep up with marketplace changes by offering innovative products, such as the Health Savings Account (HSA). She works on incorporating leading-edge technology platforms for medical prepaid cards and specialized software for flexible benefits administration, thus providing simplicity and convenience to account holders. Pratibha hopes to educate brokers on the various pre-tax funding options available to their clients, and teach them how to best use their advantages.
	Valerie Henderson, CoPower Administrators Senior Administrator & Carrier Liaison Valerie has been with CoPower since its inception, and has been a key player in developing the products, services, and capacity that enable the company to serve more than 5,800 employers. She has extensive experience with a variety of carriers and provides CoPower with the product insight that best serves the employers’ needs. Valerie’s goal for CoPower is to insure that the brokers and groups receive the best customer service that a third-party administration (TPA) can provide.
	Cameron Hamblin, Client Program Manager Cameron brings to CoPower over 15 years of combined experience in sales management, sales operations, accounting and office management from diverse industries, including high-tech software, architecture/engineering and construction. She continues to fine tune CoPower's processes in order to continue to deliver our services efficiently and effectively in this continually changing environment. Cameron believes the key to success is truly connecting with our brokers and customers by providing an unparalleled level of service with each and every contact.
